Where you go to depends on who the "US" is. Sometime in the future, when we get up and running, we will have independent email addresses. At the moment, they are all the same.

We are currently on hiatus developing another project. We can, however, be reached at the address below.

Customer Service:

First and foremost, we like and respect you as a customer. This enterprise is a business, not a hobby, and we all want to be professional about it. So contact us if there is a problem. We want to make it right if we can.

Do not assume that the email you just sent has taken care of the problem. If we do not respond in a reasonable amount of time, tell us about it again.

Compliments:

The Artists ALWAYS like to hear compliments. Don't hesitate to be nice. Or effusive. We can even stand to hear magniloquent meanderings and still be able to put our hats on.

Whines and Complaints:

The artists NEVER like to hear complaints. Actually neither does the editor, but unfortunately it is her job. So to tell her about all the problems and mistakes and other glitches that occurred in the story. There might even be a bit of a problem with the art, somewhere, someplace, sometime in the future.

Note that we have a gazillion languages in the story. If we mucked up a translation, or it has connotations probably not meant, please let us know. Really, advise before we print it hardcopy.

If something isn't working right on the site, please let us know. Along with the complaint, please include which browser you are using and the version. The Webmistress loves to beat on the codemonkeys who did these pages. We have tried to keep everything simple and robust, so you won't see the fancy-schmancy spinning flashsprites and sparklewands dancing all over the screen. We leave the cool factor to the Artists.
