Publishing

Twisted Tail Productions ® [TTP] publishes brochures, booklets, books, magazines, picture books, novelty books, comic books, mangas, and teaching materials in the fields of adventure, aphorisms, children's or adult's education, writing, illustration, comedy, scripts, erotica, fable, fairy tale, fan fiction, fantasy, humor, art, fictional short story, fictional novels, fictional  novellas, librettos, lyrics, romance, book reviews, comic review, satire, science fiction, stage play, technology, and science.

TTP also publishes combinations of Books which include DVDs, CDs , or CD ROMS [sold as a unit} in the fields of entertainment, play, education and learning.

TTP publishes magazines in the fields of entertainment, play, education and learning; miscellaneous publications of calendars and diaries; paper stationery; comic books: comic magazines; posters; greeting cards; coloring books, and other subsidiary items.

Amberleigh Chronicles ®

TTP's primary product line is an series of on-going fantasy books, web comics, and graphic novels called Amberleigh Chronicles which has been in development since 2004 and continues thru today. It follows the adventures of Gwendolyn the Half Elf Mage, Rolfe her Zwergen husband, Ogluszic the Mountain Man, Claude the Calabrian Blademaster, BrightEyes the Pixie, Panache and Nenufar the Elfes, Beaumaurais Prince of the Swamp Thals, and Zanteena the Thallic Shamaness. Set in the mythical land of Leeland, it is a swashbuckling tale complete with villains, monsters, magie, and a little romance.

Amberleigh Chronicles Volume 6, "The Clue in the Crumbly Chateau".is the first adventure detailing the beginning of the Great Conflict. Originally written as a webcomic in 2010, it is currently being rewritten and expanded as a book. It is scheduled to be concurrently published as a book and weekly webcomic in the near future. Amberleigh Chronicles Volume 7 Mysterie of the Magical Mob Boss .is the second adventure detailing the Great Conflict in the city of Knothaven. It will be written as a book and then will be concurrently published as a book and weekly webcomic. In Process.

Amberleigh Chronicles Volume 8 The Kirk of the Black Rose .is the third adventure detailing the the Great Conflict and takes place in various locations around Leeland. It will be written as a book and then will be concurrently published as a book and weekly webcomic. In Process.

Twisted Tails Theatre

TTP's second product line is a series of plays and playlets produced under the title: "Twisted Tails Theatre." Twisted Tails Theatre was published and debuted in 2001 at the Hawkwood Fantasy Faire in Fort Worth, Texas. It has been in continuous publication since then. Stapled book format. 170pp. June 2001.

Magniloquence the Superheroine

TTP's third product line is "Magniloquence the Superheroine", a Webcomic and series of graphic novels about superheroines in the present world. In development since 2013, Magniloquence premiered in April 2014 and continued weekly until the end of 2018. We have compiled and published 6 issues: Volume 1 Nos 1-4, and Volume 2 Nos 1-2, and a Compendium of Volume 1. In "Holidays" we have published all the Magniloquence holiday panels including the lyrics to Priscilla's Christmas songs. In "Priscilla's Pearls of Common Courtesy" we have published all the examples of Pricilla's daily newspaper column published thru V2N2. In "Our Wedding," we published the wedding book of Priscilla and Janusc.

Magniloquence the Superheroine follows the trials and tribulations of a superheroine with Golden Age values in a modern world. This is not your typical superheroine comic book filled with action and adventure. It is primarily a series of lighthearted and funny vignettes showing the “sturm and drang” of superheroic life and romance. Its comedy is romantic in the classical sence, bordering on and using the themes of Restoration Comedy.

The comic follows the antics and antipathies of Magniloquence and her boyfriend, Kinematic Man. We also get to see her best friend, Ampére along with her on-again off-again boyfriend Six Shooter. This comic then is the story of how our superheroines deal with everyday problems and romance in the small Texas town of Wonder Falls.

Magniloquence is currently on hiatus, while we intensify work on Amberleigh Chronicles and SteamPunk Engineering: Volume 1 - Steam..  

SteamPunk Engineering

TTP's fourth product line is SteamPunk Engineering, a series of reference books about the design and engineering used in the SteamPunk alternate reality. Specifically written for those interested in the engineering and limitations to design of SteamPunk Mechanisms and devices, these books give the sceintific principles, and Engineering tricks, tips, and traps associated with design. One reviewer called Volume 1- Steam " A Compendium of Stuff". He was correct, in that the book is a series of monographs, rather than a complete design guide for Steampower. As with most of our publications, SteamPunk Engineering is in constant development.

The Christmas Zone

TTP's fifth product line is the Christmas Zone, a series of romantic novles and novellas with an erotic twist that centers around Santa Clause and his Elfes at the North Pole. The Elf Days of Christmas is the first in the line. This book is a romance about Leelou the Elf who falls in love with Robin, a young man who accidentally makes his way into one of Santa's warehouses on Christmas Eve and ends up at the North Pole. Like most love stories of today, it blends the elements of romance, quirky characters, and unusual location, with humor and tasteful sensuality. Readers will enjoy all the passion and excitement following Leelou and Robin as they fall in love over the 12 Days of Christmas.

500 Examples

TTP's sixth product line is a series of books and CD's called 500 Examples which are used as Artist References. Based on photos taken by the Author, these references are available to artists and illustrators who want reference backgrounds for their work. While the compendium is copywrited, the individual photos and renditions are available for utilization by others under creative commons use.

Two Books and CD's have been published so far: "500 Clouds" and "500 Trees". Each book in the series is 130pp. 500 Color photos, 1 CD.
